Cambridge International School is a private preschool serving infants through Kindergarten. We are offer full-day (and limited partial day options) in a year-round setting. We believe that children deserve to learn in a joyful environment that promotes a love of learning in a safe, nurturing and child-centric way.
Our award-winning school promotes 21st century learning. Our bespoke curriculum borrows from constructivist teaching approaches practiced by some of the world's greatest early learning experts such as Montessori, Piaget, Vygotsky and the Reggio-Emilia model of learning. We have created a learning experience that caters to the way each child understands and makes meaning.. Our project-based approach helps our young learners to learn how to think, to explore their world, to wonder and begin to ask questions and make important connections.
We experiment, we laugh, we try, we fail and we get up and do it all again. We never, ever give up! Our goal is to help your child love school and love to learn and within our walls, to be loved.
We believe that all children are born with exceptional abilities that can only emerge when they are engaged in a learning environment that values uniqueness and encourages critical and creative intelligences.
Located on over 30,000 square feet of green space, our daily activities encourage engagement in each of the learning styles as described by Howard Gardner of the Harvard University Department of Education. Our dedicated teaching team helps guide our students as they encounter new challenges, learn new skills and develop as individuals.
Our culturally rich curriculum focuses on presenting the world through the lenses of the young child while scaffolding their development for life readiness. We currently offer Spanish (from exposure to immersion) and basic exposure to over 5 rotating languages (Italian, French, Mandarin, German, Japanese). Above all, we immerse our children in an environment of love. Children who have had a positive early learning experience are more adaptable, learn to be critical thinkers, problem solvers and prosper as citizens of the world.
